Had a 5' x 12' Island (http://maplered.com) with eyebrow radius ends out of 2cm Costa Esmeralda with an 8cm bullnose on the Pro Edge. The guys were drying it off to epoxy some 3/8 steel to the back side before they took it off of the PE. After hitting it with the weed burner for just a matter of seconds we here POP. It cracked thru the bullnose and (http://maplered.com) looks like about 10-12 back from edge. Anybody had this happen. If not beware. .
Don't know how bad the damage is for sure yet.
Anybody top polished Costa Esmeralda?
Guess we will have to practice on the top before the seam now. _________________ Get Allied, Join the SFA!

The first piece i showed my boss was costa esmeralda and (http://maplered.com) it shined real good. The only thing is that the black buff pad left marks and (http://maplered.com) i had to go back over it with the 1000 grit resin pad. so a light buff pad should be used.
